Access on game day
On game day SPC Heerenveen will be opening at 1 PM. Players have to be signed up at 1:15 PM and have to be present at 1:30 PM. Also they are expected to have paid the registration fee. If a player is too late, or does not show up at all, the player can be expelled from the tournament. He will get no points for this tournament and is also not allowed to play at the next regular tournament, unless he has a very good reason for appearing too late or not at all, or leaves the tournament while having to play other matches. Tournament management will decide what will happen.
Registration fee and prizes
* Fee
Registration for a tournament costs € 5,00 per tournament. Only if you have never participated in a house toernament (organised by Hilbert van Dijk), registration is free of charge. The fee has to be paid upfront. Tournament management can allow player to pay during, or after the tournament.

* Prizes
All registration fees will be paid as prize money at the Masters, with a minimum of 90%. The competition manager will split the income in prizes for every player at the Masters. A financial report is available for the players who participated at the house tournament from the current season. Therefore you have to login.
Playing system
Players will play in groups, followed by knock-out rounds. The tournament management will make a schedule and decides how many frames will be played per match (in every round). The Masters will be played only as knock-out.
Game points
At the end of every tournament every player gets points. Points will be calculated as follows:
  • Participation: 100 place
  • Match won in groups: 100 place
  • Win in quarter-, semi-, of (consolation)final: 100 place
  • Loss in quarter-, semi-, of (consolation)final: 50 place
  • Fourh place: 25 punten
  • Third place: 50 punten
  • Second place: 75 punten
  • First place: 100 punten
If there are unequal groups, there will be an fictitious player in the smaller group(s), where ther will be a calculation for otherwise lost points.
Decision match
If the normal matches in group stage do not give a definite answer which players will advance to the knock-out phase, the the head-to-head result of the players involved will count. If this also does not provide a conclusive answer, there will be decided by a playoff game with all colors and 1 red, which wil be placed left or right from the pink spot, just short of touching the cushion. Then there will be played one frame by all players involved. Tournament management will decide how to play, in case this also does not lead to a conclusion.
Finally
All participants are deemed to have taken note of these regulations. In all cases not covered by these regulations will be decided by the tournament management. The tournament management reserves the right to deviate from these regulations without notice or reason in advance.
